Default Play NC is useless

I wanted to find out if we changed Guild Halls, would all our npc's (merch, storage, etc) come with us. I did a search here for Guild Halls and got this:

Commander Ryker, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I went to "support" from the main GW site, didn't find anything about it in the FAQ's so I wrote and asked them, pretty much the way I did above. I got this response from GM Bruce:
Quote:
We have received your question about Guild Wars gameplay.

We are not able to respond to individual gameplay questions. We do, however, offer an extensive gameplay section (http://www.guildwars.com/gameplay/) that provides answers to questions about how to play the game and about how the various facets of the game function. This document changes periodically and grows to better serve your needs. We would also like to suggest that you ask questions of a gameplay nature on one of our many excellent fansite forums, listed on this link: http://www.guildwars.com/community/fansites/. The fans playing Guild Wars are usually more than happy to answer questions and provide other players with gameplay suggestions and advice, and many of them are active in one or more of the forums listed. And, during gameplay, you may find that the fastest means to an answer is to ask the question in the game itself.
This is not a game play question, this is a guild hall question and it is not covered in the dang faq's.

So anyway, I'm going to my favorite fansite forums and asking you all. Has anyone done this? Do you know if they come with us?

Thx

Just so you know , the question is a gameplay question, so is asking if a certain skill is suppose to work like it does , or if a certain npc is suppose to give you a quest. It all falls under gameplay, glad you got the answer.

They get WAYYYYY too many emails there to help every person that wants to know what NPC gives this quest, or Whether NPCS move Guild Halls, or tips on a certain mission.

Glad you found this Fansite though, this place is the place for those types of questions.

I didn't ask about quests or skills, I asked about changing guild halls. They had everything except that in the faq. Maybe they need to update their faq.

I can totally understant that. All you have to do to get an inkling of what they go through is stand in a town, during an event and listen to all the stupid questions, all about the same things over and over.

Point taken, I should have known better. I've been a member here since June of 05.

Thx, I didn't know they linked with GWO on searches. I felt the same way the first few times I went there to look at something some one had linked. Then I finally said F it and registered anyway (it was something I really, really wanted to see). Maybe the memberships should be linked.
